What is Bubble Hash?

Bubble hash (also called ice water hash or solventless hash) is a cannabis concentrate made without chemical solvents. The process uses ice water to freeze trichomes (THC-rich resin glands), which are then separated from plant material through a series of fine mesh bags (73μ, 90μ, 120μ, 160μ). The collected trichomes are dried and pressed.

Grading System (6-Star / Full Melt):

“Top Shelf” Characteristics:

• Light tan to golden blonde color (not dark or green)

• Powdery, sandy, or greasy texture (not hard or crumbly)

• Leaves virtually no residue when vaporized (dabbed)

• Pure trichome heads — no plant matter, no stalks

Potency:

• 40-60% THC (standard)

• 60-80% THC (top shelf / full melt)

• Significantly more potent than flower (10-25% THC)

Consumption Methods:

• Dabbing (vaporized on heated nail/banger)

• Sprinkled on top of flower (in joint, bowl, or vaporizer)

• Added to edibles (requires decarboxylation)

Risks:

• Extremely high potency can cause intense intoxication, anxiety, paranoia, or psychosis in sensitive users

• Difficult to dose accurately (small amount = large effect)

• Respiratory irritation from dabbing (though solventless)
